We are seeking a highly skilled Excel or Google Sheets Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization, with the ability to create insightful charts and graphs based on complex datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and organize large datasets using Excel or Google Sheets. Create visually appealing and informative charts and graphs to represent data clearly. Develop and maintain spreadsheets that track key metrics and performance indicators. Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and provide data-driven insights. Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout all reporting processes. Assist in automating repetitive tasks using advanced functions and formulas.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in using Excel or Google Sheets at an advanced level. Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. Proficiency in creating pivot tables, charts, and graphs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with data analysis tools and add-ons for Excel or Google Sheets. Experience in creating dashboards and reports for business intelligence. Knowledge of basic programming or scripting languages (e.g., VBA, Google Apps Script) is a plus.
