We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Partnership & Lead Acquisition Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships with commercial loan brokers, C&I banks, prominent online brands, and affiliates in the financial industry. The ideal candidate will focus on building long-term relationships that generate high-quality leads, driving growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development & Management:
- Identify, approach, and negotiate with key brokers, banks, online platforms, and affiliates to establish partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.
- Continuously seek opportunities for new partnership channels that align with company growth objectives.
Lead Generation & Quality Control:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase lead volume through partner channels.
- Monitor and assess lead quality from various partnerships, ensuring alignment with company’s ideal customer profile.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are nurtured effectively.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Leverage insights to improve the partnership program and stay ahead in a competitive market.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all partnership agreements comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of partnerships, performance, and strategies.
