We're a brand and social media personalities that are looking for a we’re looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to help elevate our online presence and engage with a community that loves fashion and art as much as we do. We do have a large social media presence already but we are looking to up our game and to increase our content output daily on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc. This is hybrid role so we will have meetings in person and offline as well.
What You'll Do:
Content Creation: Develop and execute creative, on-trend TikTok videos and Instagram Reels that capture attention and drive engagement with the influencer with video and photos.
Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral challenges, and popular sounds to keep our content fresh and relevant. Brainstorm and create content calendars with relevant cultural and social trends.
Community Engagement: Build meaningful connections by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering a vibrant online community.
Analytics Tracking: Analyze performance metrics and use data to optimize content strategy and grow our audience.
Brand Aesthetic: Ensure all content aligns with our fashion-forward, artsy vibe.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing TikTok and Instagram accounts (portfolio or examples of past work required).
- Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and viral content strategies.
- A love for fashion, beauty, and creative industries—bonus points if you have a personal aesthetic that inspires!
- Excellent video editing skills (experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A sense of humor, a creative spark, and a natural ability to tell compelling stories through short-form video.
