High-end millwork company specializing in custom doors, wall paneling, closets, cabinetry, kitchens, and furniture — Luxury Decor & Bespoke Solutions — is seeking a certified Interior Designer / Sales Estimator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom project management, sales estimating, and expertise in coordinating all facets of interior design.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver a full range of services for projects, including finish and furniture selection, documentation, project supervision, and site visits.
Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
Produce specifications and CAD drawings.
Prepare project layouts according to client requests.
Deliver presentations to clients.
Prepare detailed client quotations, sometimes using different currencies.
Provide accurate cost estimates for custom projects.
Work with different metric systems.
Conduct on-site measurements and take photos.
Demonstrate excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in design with 2+ years of experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other modeling/rendering software.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-starter who excels in a highly collaborative, creative, and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of design, detailing, materials, and ADA requirements.
Valid work authorization for the U.S.
Ability to coordinate with other professionals, such as Italian designers and carpenters, to ensure project success.
