Full Job Description
As a Sign Production & Installation Technician, you will be responsible for executing sign orders using various production methods in our workshop. This includes working with vinyl, substrates, large-format printing, lamination, and more. You will also assist with installations, some of which may occur outside regular hours.
Responsibilities include:
Follow production instructions accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Handle materials and equipment with care.
Perform accurate measurements and work with proportions.
Collaborate with team members and follow directions.

Key Responsibilities
Sign production, including but not limited to:
Vinyl cutting and installation
Substrate cutting and vinyl application
Large-format printing and lamination
Router cutting and plotter cutting
Workshop maintenance (keeping equipment and work areas clean and organized)
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
Mandatory Requirements
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
