As we continue to grow, we are looking for a CNC Machinist – Milling Operator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and adjust CNC milling machines for prototyping and small batch production
Read and interpret complex blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T specifications
Write and modify G-code as needed to optimize machining processes
Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerance requirements
Collaborate with engineers and designers to improve prototype designs and production processes
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Job Requirements:
Experience operating CNC milling machines, preferably in a prototyping environment
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T specifications
Knowledge of G-code programming and CAD/CAM software is a plus
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to rapid design changes
Able to work independently and as part of a team
No English or Spanish language required
