Job Description
Position Title: Factory Worker
Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Primary Responsibilities
Production Assistance:
Help and assist in the creation of formulations as required by the production process.
Perform tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain production timelines.
Maintain a positive attitude and foster good working relationships with other factory workers.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform tasks involving heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
Forklift Experience: Some prior forklift experience is required.
Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to work well with a team in a factory setting.
Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Willingness to Learn: Open to training and acquiring new skills.
