We are seeking a self-motivated Production Associate to join our mask-making and glass engraving department. In this role, you will be trained to produce and apply photomasks for glass etching, ensuring precise, high-quality customization of awards. You will also learn how to sandblast designs onto crystal and glass pieces.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual with a strong eye for artwork, accuracy, and craftsmanship. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.
