Oversee all production/ scheduling/ purchasing of a patio enclosure /Aluminum fence shop.
General Duties :
Basic list will change as we grow department
Order material work with vendors
Maintain schedule in shop / keep online updated and KPI boards
Train staff to keep production on schedule
Maintain building maintenance and truck maintenance
Inventory control keeping system up to date min and max
Quality control of all outgoing projects
Weekly staff meetings with your staff
Oversee all payroll of inside staff you approve weekly and any overtime as needed
Answer calls from field supervisor of any issues or product needed for the next day
Keep track of scrap and build system to keep cost down
Open and close of facility making sure everything is secured each night
Prefer someone with screen room experience , Computer friendly, fork lift certified , can pull a 25 ft trailer
Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.
