About the Role:
Mar Company Group is currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our warehouse team as Packing Associates. This role involves assisting in the preparation, packaging, and organization of products to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
We are looking for physically capable team members who can handle the demands of packaging, lifting boxes, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack, label, and organize products according to company standards.
Prepare orders for shipment and ensure all items meet quality requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist with loading and unloading materials or finished goods.
Follow supervisor instructions and work collaboratively with the warehouse team.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed.
Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment is a plus.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
