Part Time Personal Assistant Needed
University or college students welcome to apply
Work Location: Hybrid position, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, or Delray Beach
Hours: 15 to 20 hours a week
5 hours face to face meeting
Rate of Pay: $20 hour with the possibility for more hours
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Responsibilities:
- Placing ads in universities throughout the country starting in Florida
- Raising money for non-profit 501c3 (DoriSavesLives.org) Received non-profit 501c3 status in 2005
- Advertising on billboards and aluminum pole signs
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be tech savvy
- Familiar with SalesForce Crm
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Proficient in using Microsoft and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
