What You'll Do
Answer and direct calls in a professional manner
Assist with client intake and documentation
Perform basic data entry and CRM management
Support internal departments with general administrative tasks
Help keep office operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Prior office/admin experience
Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, basic data entry)
Excellent communication and organization skills
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
Clean background required
Fluent in English; bilingual a plus but not required
