We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day operations.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, providing essential support to our team and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization. If you are organized, proactive, and have a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain schedules, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate team members.

- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff.

- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.

- Assist in the preparation of meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized office environment.

- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

- Bilingual English/Spanish.
