Administrative Assistant
Busy Yacht Brokerage located in Miami Beach has immediate opening for Administrative Assistant. This is the perfect position for the multitasker who enjoys a fast-paced environment, excels in customer relations, enjoys social media and has exemplary organizational skills. Candidate will work directly with the Executive and sales teams. Experience in marine/yacht transactions or similar fields helpful.
Skills required:
+ Greeting of clients, brokers and vendors
+ Ability to read, speak and write English at a professional level
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Answering of incoming telephone calls and inquiries
+ Scheduling showings
+ Management of calendars
+ Scheduling of appointments
+ Document preparation
+ Perform research of marine/yacht markets
+ Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
+ Knowledge of marine and/or legal terminology helpful
+ Knowledge of Yacht Closer software and Marine MLS (Boat Wizard, Yatco, IYBA) services helpful
+ Experience with multi-listing service helpful
+ High level of organization and professionalism
+ Detail oriented
+ Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
+ Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence
+ Excellent time management skills
+ Ability to work under pressure
+ Ability to work independently
+ Ability to track and meet deadlines
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
+ General Administrative tasks as needed
+ Flexibility to work outside regular business hours if necessary
+ Minimum 2-year professional general office experience
This company is open 365 days a year. General office hours are 9 am to 5 pm daily/40 hour work week.
Some weekend and holiday work will be required as part of this position. This is a long term IN OFFICE position.
Starting pay $18-$22/hr depending on experience and skills.
