The administrative Assistant wanted for small patio furniture. Administrative Assistant will have the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, organized, and good customer service. MUST BE LEGAL TO WORK IN THE USA
Responsibilities of the position include:
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Welcome customers to the showroom and support sales
-Ability to work on a computer and conduct phone conversations.
-Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate
-Communicating with warehouse personnel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
-Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
-Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Dispatch Team Support:
-Coordinate pickups and deliveries
-Communicate with drivers, customers, and logistics teams
-Ensure timely and efficient delivery operations
Job Type: Full-time
Salary:Starts $19 per hour plus Bonus
Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Bonus pay.
High school or equivalent (Required)
