Established, privately held company located in The Roads area of Miami (near Brickell and Coral Gables), are looking for an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include answering the phones, performing general clerical duties and to assisting the executives with travel planning, scheduling meetings and credit card reconciliation. The person is also responsible for running errands.
