Support our mission through a variety of administrative, research, and communications functions
Manage office systems and provide in-person and professional, over-the-phone customer service and support.
Provide a welcoming, helpful customer service demeanor, often managing complex relations with customer's and contractors
Assist members and contractors with dispatching and updating job site info
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
Perform other related duties as assigned
Process all payment transactions
Qualifications and Skills
At least 2-3 years of experience is preferred
Must have strong In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and external organizations/individuals
Ability to multi-task, and handle urgent interruptions with high level of professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding work organization and time management skills with a customer service oriented, can-do attitude
Ability to independently complete assignments and work under pressure to meet tight schedules
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience using social media and email for advocacy
Bi-Lingual, fluent English and Spanish (Plus)
