We are a banking and office products company looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Doral area.
This position requires computer skills and the ability to multi-task, as the candidate will assist with office tasks such as making reservations, purchasing tickets, filing, answering phone calls, entering bills, managing price lists, handling social media, and other tasks as assigned.
Must be well-organized, well-spoken, motivated, and have a working knowledge of the following programs: basic Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel. Must have experience with QuickBooks and performing bank reconciliations.
Marketing experience is a plus.
Must be on time and dependable.
Must be bilingual (English-Spanish).
Previous experience in office management or as an administrative assistant required.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
