Administrative Assistant Part time

LOCATION: "Home Office" In Crossings

21-24 hours per week. Could turn into fulltime in near future

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ONLINE QUICKBOOKS (BOOKKEEPING, ACCOUNTING AND BILINGUAL)

Our office is looking for an administrative assistant to support the company's operations by maintaining office systems and supervising field staff as well as working side by side with the owner and part time office staff. Organize and reorganize financials, scanning, filing, Manuel, pricing etc. Answering in bound lead calls. Explaining what we do what we charge and our guarantees.

Florida Pool and Leak Specialists is one of South Florida's leading swimming pool State Licensed contractors with 26 years of experience in the pool industry. We work commercial and residential pool, pool contractors' property manger's performing major repairs, leaks, pool remodeling and renovations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for providing a variety of administrative functions such as but not limited to:

-Generating reports

-Creating Estimates

-Invoice processing and collections

-Clerical duties such as accounts receivable & payable, bank reconciliation entering data into

-QUICKBOOKS and filing.

-Answering inbound calls

-Computer savvy

-Excellent verbal command of English and Spanish

-Customer service skills

-Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high pressure situations

-Must be able work independently without supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently

-Background in Marketing or Accounting a PLUS

$18.00 -$21.00 Hr. Depending on experience.

EDUCATION:

Required: AA in Business management, or relative course work.

Dress code is casual.
