Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess excellent communication and time management skills. This full-time position will support the administrative functions of our team, manage financial transactions, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, managing emails, and maintaining files.
Use QuickBooks Online to process invoices, track expenses, and manage accounts.
Assist with payroll, bookkeeping, and reconciliation tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors, both in English and Spanish.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Collaborate with team members to support projects and company initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
