We are a Family Owned busy Fence Company servicing homes, and contractors in Broward, and Palm Beach areas. Our line of work includes, Installing PVC, Wood, Aluminum and many more fences.
Responsibilities:
The available position's duties will consist of getting the customers files & bookkeeping updated, daily.
You will also be pulling city/county permits, dealing with contractors, sub-contractors, talking to customers and providing customer service,
Completing general administrative duties such as chatting with customers, texting, filing, copying, writing letters, replying to emails and sending estimates/proposals to potential customers.
Qualifications:
Knowing the process of pulling permits and calling for inspections is a big plus.
Able to deal and operate with customers and contractors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Keep update all customers files.
Sub-Contractor and Vendors files W-9 and 1099

:Experience in the construction
:Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
:Available to answer phone after working hours (when Needed)
:Proficient skills operating a computer
:Familiar with South Florida
:Work Well Under Pressure
:Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
:Bilingual in both Spanish & English is a plus but not mandatory
:Dependable, responsible, punctual, and committed
