Seeking Administrative/Personal Assistant to support busy professional/entrepreneur. This is a part-time position, 15 - 20 hours a week, with some flexibility in schedule. May turn into a full-time job in the future.
Selected individual will need to be proactive, diligent, responsible and well-spoken, as they will interface with clients. Duties include office assistant, filing, answering phone, internet research, social media, running personal errands, organize files, etc.
Must meet the following requirements:
Good communication skills, excellent English and grammar
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Social media savvy
Organized, diligent with good attention to detail
Possess a valid driver’s license and car
Clean driving record (last 5 years)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Background check (drug screening not required)
No prior experience required if you meet all other criteria
