MSP is seeking to hire a Full Time AR Clerk to assist our Accounting Manager in daily operations. Previous accounting experience is preferred, but not required. Must be a detail oriented, professional individual with excellent written and verbal grammar and communication skills.
Duties:
-Download and enter cash receipts daily
-Process backordered customers daily – researching availability at 4 remote warehouses
-Process drop shipments daily – Ordering/invoices/billing
-Process Paypal withdrawals weekly
-Process Ebay payments weekly
-Process cash reports twice monthly
-Re-Authorize back in stock orders as necessary
-Assist accounting manager with ME reports/research
-Assist with shipping department with scanning and applying labels to package items.
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Self Starter, Organized Individual with Team Player Attitude and Common Sense
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Knowledge of PeachTree (Sage 50)/MOM or Netsuite software preferred, not required.
