Role Description
ECMM is looking for an Assistant Property Manager. Liscence not required.
ECMM will pay for your Liscense for the right candidate.
Qualifications
Knowledge of COA & HOA
Knowledge of Violations
ECMM prefers to train our employees on our system.
Proficiency in Office and Microsoft Suite is helpful but not required. Knowledge of Rent Manager is helpful but not required.
Strong organization and time-management skills
Must be a team player and willing to help others in the Department
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
