Make Doc's schedule, and assist in preparing needed notes before and after patient consults. Good computer skills able to use Google Docs, spreadsheets, and slide presentations. Set patient Office and Zoom appointments, take payments, good communication, and phone appointment skills with patients.
Help Doc, provide patients with information, and work with Doc's natural immunotherapy cancer protocols for his patients. New business development; creative help posting social media, marketing, and writing website newsletters.
It would be a plus+ to have an assistant with talents in Reiki, Energy Healers, Guided Meditation, or Nutritionist to help service patients and run Doc's holistic health practice. All healers may apply.
Hours Part Time mornings preferably from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. Or 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Any 4-hr's day)
