About Us: We are specialized demolition contractors focusing on total, partial, and selective demolition. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in the construction industry to join our team. Additional advantage for having demolition experience.
Some Office Duties:
Maintain filing systems
Answer phone calls
Receive bids
Type proposals and change orders
Follow up with clients and prospective clients to obtain projects
Support estimators on bid package production and proposals
Qualities:
Professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Punctuality
Construction Experience a must
Team player
Fluent in English
Spanish a plus.
Work Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Payrate:
$20-$25 per hour
1 week paid vacation after one year
