Minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping and must have a strong focus on reconciliation processes.
Must have excellent customer service skills with a personality for sales.
Experience with accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Review and verify invoices, receipts, and other information.
Assist in recordkeeping and documentation as needed.
Process inventory.
Perform office duties.
Prepare billing statements and send them to customers via mail or email.
Respond to customer inquiries about billing statements.
Process, organize, and file invoices and mail.
English and Spanish bilingual speakers preferred.
