Business Brokerage Assistant (Remote)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized person to help make business listings live on BizBuySell and the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF) platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with real estate or business brokerage experience — or anyone eager to learn the business sales process.
Responsibilities
Prepare and upload listings on BizBuySell and BBF
Enter financial and business details accurately
Organize documents (NDAs, CIMs, financials, and photos)
Track listing status and updates
Communicate with sellers or agents when needed
Requirements
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong computer and writing skills
Self-motivated and dependable
Experience with BizBuySell, BBF, or CRM tools (preferred but not required)
