The Construction Administrator assists our office manager in various clerical duties including preparing notice of commencements, home owner association approvals, calling subcontractors for estimates as well as follow up, and tracking change orders.
Ideal candidate has previous office experience including basic spreadsheets. Past work in the construction field preferred. Must be extremely organized and fluent in English.
This is a full time work from home full time position. Pay starts at $22.00 an hour with a 90 days pay review. Minimal travel for meetings and work required. MUST live in Broward, Palm Beach, Martin or St Lucie County. Hours are M-F 8-4:30.
