We are looking for a highly motivated, positiveCustomer Service Representative to join our team. You will work directly with our administrative team to provide a World Class Service to our valued customers.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our location in Miramar, FL. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include interacting with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Experience in providing customer support
Positive and friendly demeanor
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
Experience in the pest control industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
