Customer Service Specialist for a busy Immigration Law Firm office located in Coral Springs. Candidates should be ready to work in a busy setting with a broad range of responsibilities. We are seeking someone to work Full-Time 40 hours weekly. Business hours are M-F 8.30am-5pm
Primary duties are answering phones, scheduling, entering, and maintaining client information, client check in, scan mail and other assigned duties.
MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL (Spanish) Must have proper phone etiquette and ability to multi-task. Above all, the candidate must be Customer Service oriented.
Starting pay: based on experience
