3A Allied Insurance Corp is a well-established independent insurance agency in Florida with 17+ years in business. We specialize in auto, home, flood, and commercial insurance, and we’re looking for motivated entry-level sales reps to join our team.
You do not need prior insurance experience. We will help the right person get licensed after an initial vetting period.

### What You’ll Be Doing
- Talk with customers about auto, home, flood, and small commercial insurance
- Follow up with warm leads and in-house contacts (no door-to-door)
- Learn how to quote, present options, and close sales
- Build relationships with clients and look for cross-sell opportunities
- Use our systems/CRM to track calls, quotes, and follow-ups
During the first 60 days (vetting/training period): - Daily salary (paid for each day worked) so you have stable income while learning - After 60 days (upon successful completion of vetting): - A full contract will be negotiated and issued - Position moves to a draw versus commission structure - Commission is based on your total sales for the month This structure rewards you for performance while giving you a stable start as you learn the business.

- A 4-40 Customer Representative license is required for this role
- We are open to candidates without a 4-40 license
- For the right person, we’ll:
- Do an initial vetting/interview process (first 60 days)
- If selected, support you in obtaining your 4-40 license so you can start writing business
