Welcome to BTS Tax Service!
We are looking for individuals to join our BTS Tax Service family for this upcoming 2024 tax season!
Our busy office is looking to hire income tax preparers and receptionists to service our 1300+ customers for this tax season as we will be open from 9am to 9pm, Monday through Saturday, and Sunday by appointment only. We are seeking to fill both full and part time positions available for immediate hire.
Please apply in person between the hours of 12pm to 5pm starting today, Monday January 15th. If the ad is still published, we are still filling positions. Bring your resume and come dressed to impress! Bilingual in both English and Spanish required for all positions.
Responsibilities include:
- Fielding customer phone calls and taking messages
- Income tax preparation
- Filing completed income tax returns
- Assisting office managers with office duties
- Shredding of documents
We're looking for positive motivated individuals who can service our customers with a smile and willing to learn new skills, we will train for free.
Pay is $16-$22/hour depending on experience and availability.
