In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our clients receive top-notch care by managing hiring, scheduling, and client support.
What You’ll Do:
- Hiring: Recruit and onboard caregivers who share our commitment to excellence.
- Scheduling: Coordinate schedules for staff and clients with precision and care.
- Client Support: Serve as a compassionate point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations with a keen eye for detail.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to connect with clients, staff, and families.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to thrive in a sometimes fast-paced environment while keeping a positive attitude.
- Experience in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Details:
- Training: Initial training will be in-person in Davie (no remote work during this period).
- Driving: Regular travel within the Broward and Palm Beach counties is required for client and staff coordination.
