Job Opportunity - Office/Branch Administrator

Our growing staffing company is in search for a skilled individual to supervise daily operations and manage our team within our branch in Lake Worth, FL.

This individual will ideally be detail oriented, dependable and trustworthy.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and Track time for all employees for all client locations and internal branch.

- Assist the payroll department upon request for client communication.

- Communicate with clients regarding requests via phone and email to complete requests within a timely manner.

- Manage the collection and submission of all candidate applications within a timely manner to the corporate payroll department.

- Complete 2-3 Hours a day of applications/recruiting.

- Develop and maintain a full functional and organized file system for all client billing, check deposits, etc.

- Prospect and Submit New Client Submissions - Commission Opportunities Offered

This position will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Desired Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) (REQUIRED)

Management -1 Year (PREFERRED)

Bilingual English/Spanish (REQUIRED)

Office Experience – 2 Years (REQUIRED)
