Position: Office Admin Assistant

Basic computer skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
Emailing capabilities
Self-driven and motivated
Comfortable making outbound calls to build relationships with clients
Managing mailing lists and sending out materials
Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to establish and maintain client relationships
Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing
Preparing and sending out materials to clients
Supporting the office with day-to-day tasks
Note: This is not a sales position. You are NOT required to sell or make sales.
College Students may apply.
Additional Requirement: A basic computer skills test will be administered as part of the application process.
Details:
This is not a long-term full-time position. We will guarantee 8 weeks of work, 40 hours per week.
Paid weekly every Tuesday by direct deposit.
Based on your skill set and willingness to learn the business, this can convert into a sales position with paid commissions.
