Successful Engineering Firm is looking for a Part-time Office Admin Assistant team member to join our expanding business.
Office Admin Assistant will serve in in 3 main areas: Office Administration, Direct Mail Marketing, and business owner support.
If you are the Office Admin Assistant we are looking for, you will. . .
Be able to follow directions
Be able to organize and maintain a functional administrative office
Have great computer skills with emails, office (word, adobe, pdf editing, etc) (Mail Merge a bonus)
Be highly skilled with Micorsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe PDF’s (editing & organizing)
Be task oriented and have great attention to detail
Have experience in data entry
Be passionate about organizing and making sure things are done right
Have super fast typing skills
A positive attitude & mindset
Be organized and a quick learner
This full-time position starts out at 8:30 am to 5:00 pm per week. Mon, thur Friday.
Pay depends on experience
