Marine Company is looking for a secretary administrative to work in performing a variety of office duties (like downloading emails, filing, answering phone lines, typing, copying, faxing, office organization, follow up with the projects, etc.)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT PERSON WE HAVE AN OFFICE IN MIAMI AND IN A FEW MONTHS, WE WILL HAVE ANOTHER ONE IN FORT LAUDERDALE

WE NEED A PERSON WITH THE RIGHT MOTIVATION TO GROW WITH US.

Skills Required

-QuickBooks knowledge

-Excellent organization skills

-Proficient in Excel and Microsoft word.

-Bilingual (Fluent English & Spanish A MUST)

-Excellent writing skills.

-Previous experience in similar position

-Must be proactive, flexible and team oriented

-Possess a positive enthusiastic attitude and ability to prioritize

-Ability to work with minimal supervision and utilize independent judgement, when appropriate.

Tasks

-Entering orders in company system and QuickBooks

-Corresponding with various customers

-Various administrative and office duties.

- Keeping order information up to date

-Payables

-Managing phone lines

Monday-Friday: From 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Salary: from 16/hour, Based on Experience

Office located in Airport Area
