We are seeking an office assistant. The candidate would be responsible for greeting clients, answering the phone, filing, typing, organizing files, maintaining the front desk, developing knowledge of our billing system, etc. Along with those responsibilities, the candidate would be expected to plan trips, make orders, and support other staff members.
