We are currently seeking a Office Assistant with experience in office support. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word. This position also involves working with Airbnb, must have basic computer knowledge.
Pay: $20/hour
Location: Delray, FL- a must
Schedule: Part-time, up to 30 hours per week could lead to full- time
Job Duties:
Organize and maintain physical and digital files
Perform data entry tasks
Make and receive phone calls and taking phone messages
Assist with general office duties which includes filing dealing with The City of Delray Beach
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
Comfortable working with online platforms and websites
Strong attention to detail and organization
Excellent note taker with strong ability to details
Good phone etiquette and communication skills
Reliable and professional
Home office with office stetting
