We are looking for a Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator/Office Clerk

Job Requirement

Bilingual(English and Spanish)

Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail,etc)

Great Communication Skills (Answer Phone Calls and Speaking to Client)

Administrative Skill( Ordering Material, Requesting Estimates,Invoicing, Filing,etc)

Teamwork Skills(Assist Project Manager, Office Manager and Estimating Department in Electrical Projects)

Starting pay $16.00 per hour

Full Time Monday thru Friday at the office No Part Time

Health Insurance after 3 month

Paid holidays
