Office Manager Assistant Needed

Qualifications:

Must know Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Excel.

Proven office management experience.

Proven strong organizational and communication skills.

Bilingual Preferred (English Spanish)

Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

We are looking for a reliable individual with a strong work ethic who is always on time and has excellent

attendance.

Familiarity with the construction or roofing industry is a plus.

Esperience with roofing permitting is a plus.

We are seeking a candidate who is a quick learner and can consistently follow established procedures

Responsibilities:

Answer the phones.

Manage and maintain calendars for employee time off, payroll, and any other administrative task such as appointments and record-keeping.

Assist in recruitment, employee records, timekeeping, and payroll.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Assist with financial tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.

Manage invoicing, accounts, and expenses using QuickBooks and Excel

Collaborate with project managers for documentation and client communication.

Address inquiries and support a seamless client experience.

Collaborate with the marketing firm to ensure effective advertisements and budget utilization.

Oversee office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
