Requirements:

3) Proficiency in MS Office and strong typing skills.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager with expertise in HOA and condo management. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of administrative management and maintenance coordination for our properties.

1) Assist in managing condominium association matters and ensuring HOA compliance.
2) Coordinate repairs and maintenance, liaise with vendors and service providers.
3) Help prepare budgets, financial reports, and manage property-related expenses.

2) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
