Qualifications
Valid driver's license
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work indoors/outdoors at dealership/showroom
Professional administrative support such as filing, inventory, mailing, using a computer
Detailed list of parts and updated supplies needed
Working with Word and mobile documents
Responsibilities
Keeping accurate record of inventory, tracking deliveries, managing vehicle inventory, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers
This role also involves cleaning and reconditioning cars to maintain the high standards our customers expect
Track deliveries, parts/supplies inventory
Organize golf cart repairs / customer viewing
Maintain welcoming and store environment
Contribute to customer experience through attention to detail and teamwork
Self-motivated and willingness to work as a team with little supervision and achieve superior results
Excellent organization skills, and ability to multitask
Strong written and verbal communication/Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Portuguese)
