Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage phone calls
Conduct follow-up calls and close sales
Send professional emails and prepare quotes
Provide excellent customer service
Handle data entry and maintain filing systems
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Job Requirements:
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, in office work, or in customer service
Bilingual: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional, motivated, and great interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
