Operations Assistant –
Position: Full-Time
Location: Palm Beach County
Job Description:
We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day activities in our Lantana, FL office.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Present a professional appearance and conduct.
Able to start working early morning.
Responsibilities:
Filing timesheets
Keeping adequate construction materials inventory
Inventorying parts, materials and tools
Purchasing miscellaneous items, belts, nuts, bolts etc.
Getting comparative quotes from vendors.
Maintain organized filing systems.
Organize stock rooms.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
