Job Title: Part-Time Administrator – Home Healthcare Agency
Our Home Healthcare Agency is a compassionate and client-focused home healthcare agency dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals in need. We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to support our daily operations and ensure smooth office management.
Job Responsibilities:
- MUST KNOW ACHA
- Manage client and caregiver records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Assist with scheduling caregivers and coordinating client visits
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
- Process payroll and maintain accurate billing records
- Support recruitment efforts by assisting with caregiver onboarding and credential verification
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to support agency operations
Qualifications:
- MUST KNOW ACHA
- Previous administrative experience in home healthcare, healthcare, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and home healthcare regulations is a plus
