Small wireless integrator is looking for a part time (Monday through Friday 20-30 hours per week) office assistant to help with invoices, proposals, customer service, occasionally running errands and attend to trade shows. Must be comfortable with computers (MS Office mainly Word and Excel). Must have good people skills, good attitude, good work ethic, reliable transportation and no criminal record.
Daily duties of the position:
ï§ Assist with preparing marketing material
ï§ Perform researches, compiles materials and prepare documents
ï§ Maintain filing and document management system for electronic and paper
ï§ Applicants must be self-motivated, ability to be productive/work independently, and to solve problems quickly.
ï§ Excellent communication skills. Must be 100% bilingual (fluently write and speak English and Spanish)
ï§ Creative, flexible and able to work remote
ï§ Must have at least 3 references
ï§ Other duties as assigned

Previous work with contractors and/or wireless telecommunications is a plus.
Compensation and Hours:
Hours: will start as 20 hours / week but may increase depending on business growth and desire to grow
Working location: mostly from home
Starting salary: depending on experience with great growth potential
