Small wireless integrator is looking for a part time (Monday through Friday 20-30 hours per week) office assistant to help with invoices, proposals, customer service, occasionally running errands and attend to trade shows. Must be comfortable with computers (MS Office “ mainly Word and Excel). Must have good people skills, good attitude, good work ethic, reliable transportation and no criminal record.

Daily duties of the position:

 Assist with preparing marketing material

 Perform researches, compiles materials and prepare documents

 Maintain filing and document management system for electronic and paper

 Applicants must be self-motivated, ability to be productive/work independently, and to solve problems quickly.

 Excellent communication skills. Must be 100% bilingual (fluently write and speak English and Spanish)

 Creative, flexible and able to work remote

 Must have at least 3 references

 Other duties as assigned

Desired:

 Attention to details and hardworking

 Integrity and punctuality are paramount

Previous work with contractors and/or wireless telecommunications is a plus.

Compensation and Hours:

Hours: will start as 20 hours / week but may increase depending on business growth and desire to grow

Working location: mostly from home

Starting salary: depending on experience with great growth potential
