Experienced Part-Time Office Assistant – Windows & Doors Industry (Aventura)
We are a growing Windows and Doors company based in the Aventura area, seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the windows and doors industry is a must
- Strong knowledge of city permit applications from start to finish (A to Z)
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); Spanish is an asset
- Self-motivated, reliable, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (flexible)
Working from home optional
