We are looking for an experienced permit expediter to handle permitting for roofing jobs. Must be familiar with Miami-Dade County permitting processes and have a strong track record of obtaining roofing permits quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Experience with roofing permit applications and approvals
Knowledge of local building codes and zoning regulations
Able to coordinate with local municipalities and inspectors
Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive
